Milkweed is one of the stars of our local ecosystem, as it provides food and critical habitat for the beautiful monarch butterfly! Join us at Pratt Farm in Middleboro to harvest milkweed seeds from plants on site so that we can grow more milkweed plants (and monarch butterfly habitat) in the spring! All ages welcome. Wear sturdy footwear, insect repellent, and dress for the weather. Hosted in collaboration with the Middleboro Conservation Commission.

Wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for the weather. Please bring garden gloves and wear insect repellent.
