I hereby authorize Taunton River Watershed Alliance, hereafter referred to as “TRWA,” to publish photographs and/or videos taken on [date of event] of myself and/or the minor child registering and my name/minor name and likeness for use in the TRWA's print or online marketing materials, including social media, as well as other TRWA publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless TRWA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself and/or minor child registering associated with the images/videos taken on the date listed above.

If I am consenting for a minor, I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child registering and that I have full authority to consent and authorize TRWA to use their likenesses and names.

I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs/videos or participation in company marketing materials or other TRWA publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos/videos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release TRWA, its employees, its volunteers and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of TRWA publications, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
